Jennifer Aniston Yoga Guru Inger Talks Vegan Kind Bars With “Glamour”

Mandy Ingber, author of Yogolosophy and yoga coach and fitness experts to celebrities like Jennifer Aniston loves snacking on healthy plant-based items before doing the pigeon.
She gave a brief interview with Glamour on her favorite items to fuel up on.

Inger told Glamour:
