Trisha Yearwood Reduces Weight By Reducing Cheese

Trisha Yearwood may have published one of the worst cookbooks of the year for eating healthy according to the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, but the country music superstar has been preparing recipes with a little less animal products.
The result is a 20 pound weight loss and a brand new Trisha!
Yearwood told People at the Southern Kitchen brunch she hosted at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival that exercise and reducing sugar and cheese helped her attain the goal.
“I’m doing very little sugar,” Yearwood said. “And occasionally I have the mac and cheese.”
She had been rumored to even try a vegan diet several months ago.
On her Food Network cooking show, Trisha’s Southern Cooking Show, she has enticed fans with meatless recipes like Chickenless Pot Pie.
