The Job is a new reality show that will premiere on CBS in February.
Each week, candidates will complete a series of challenges as they vie for a top position with a famous and well established company.
The first episode of The Job will have 31-year old Alex Carabano competing with several others to be an editorial assistant at Cosmopolitan.
Carabano must have a way with both a pen and a pestle, because this Brooklyn resident’s current day job is restaurant manager at a vegan restaurant.
Of course, that may also mean he crunches numbers better than breadcrumbs.
The Job will be hosted by award-winning journalist Lisa Ling.
In addition to Cosmopolitan, candidates will have the opportunity to land a position at famous and well established companies such as Major League Soccer, Epic Records, Zynga, Live Nation, Gilt and Viceroy Hotel Group.
The first episode of The Job airs Friday, February 8 at 8:00 PM ET/PT.
