Joanna Krupa Promotes Animal Adoption At Vegan Restaurant

Dancing with the Stars alum Joanna Krupa posed next to an ad she shot for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals that promotes pet adoption at a special reception for the campaign.
Florida’s Sublime vegan restaurant was the spot where Krupa showed off her “Be An Angel to Animals” poster.
“We’re spreading the word that breeding your dog or cat isn’t the way to go,” said Krupa.
“Somebody needs to put their foot down and stop this breeding and these hideous puppy mills. Dogs’re in these little tiny cages for life. It makes me so angry, and if our government doesn’t do anything about it, I have to!”
Most animal rights and welfare groups cite that out of the 6 to 7 million pets that are brought in to shelters every year, half are euthanized.
Buying from a pet shop or breeder can mean killing a perfectly well-behaved, loyal and loveable shelter pet. After visiting your local shelter to find the perfect pet for the household, don’t forget to have it spayed or neutered, especially if it will be spending time outdoors.
