Lauren Bush Shares No Big Surprise About Vegetarian Diet
Written by Vegetarian Star on April 5th, 2012 in Fashion, Food & Drink.
Lauren Bush, the co-founder of FEED Projects, a non-profit that has worked with the UN to feed the hungry both around the world and in the United States, has a brief Q & A with TheJaneDough.com on her work with FEED and her personal life.
Vegetarian Star followers know from our interview with the niece of George W. that Lauren spends her days at the office with veggie chili and pumpkin ravioli stocked in the mini fridge when she’s pressed for time pondering over the design of the next FEED fashion bag that will provide nourishment packages for children in a third world country.
But are JaneDough readers shocked to learn Lauren thinks the number one fact about her that surprises people is that she’s been a vegetarian since four?
“This is hard to say, but it might be the fact that I decided to become a vegetarian when I was only four years old and, and have made it a lifelong decision,” Bush said.
This girl feeds both herself and the world well.
