Moby “Wait For Me” Artwork Auction Benefits Humane Society

Moby has donated a few pieces of original artwork for an auction that benefits the Humane Society of the United States.
The art, which can be viewed at Townsend Records, is part of a series of 16 drawings the vegan musician completed around the time of his “Wait for Me,” album release and were originally on display at the Neu Museum in London in July 2009.
Although Moby has contributed his time to several animal organizations, he cites the Humane Society as a favorite for its ability to change laws affecting animals.
“What I like about the Humane Society is how big and effective they are, especially on a legislative level. I mean, there are a lot of great animal rights organizations who save dogs and save cats, but the Humane Society is actually really good at working with Congress and getting legislation actually passed.”
All funds from the winning bid will be donated to HSUS. The bid at time of this post was $880 with 13 days remaining!
