Martha Stewart is moving in on the eco friendly niche.
The domestic diva has a new line of eco-friendly cleaning products, Martha Stewart Clean.
Martha Stewart Clean products are made with at least 99% plant and mineral based ingredients, no artificial colors or fragrances, no sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and absolutely cruelty-free, as indicated on the company’s FAQs.
Q: Are your products tested on animals?
A: Martha Stewart Clean™ products are never tested on animals, and we do not allow our suppliers to do it for us. That’s why our labels carry the “Leaping Bunny” symbol indicating that our products are cruelty-free.
Q: Do Martha Stewart Clean™ products contain animal by-products?
A: No, Martha Stewart Clean™ products contain no animal by-products, unlike some other cleaning products (particularly fabric softeners).
Note: Many traditional fabric softeners contain animal fat.
The Martha Stewart Clean line is broken into the categories of Laundry, All-Purpose, Kitchen and Bath.
Besides her non animal tallow containing fabric softener pictured here, Martha’s line includes glass and mirror cleaner, carpet stain remover, wood floor cleaner, all-purpose cleaner, dishwasher gel, liquid dishwasher hand soap, bathroom cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner, and laundry detergent.
