Closure In Moscow Chris DeCinque Gives Tofu Or Seitan Answers

Chris DeCinque, front man for the rising Australian band Closure In Moscow sat down with Vegnews.com to discuss his thoughts on being vegan, including the most important question every vegetarian should be able to answer.
Tofu or seitan?
Chris chose seitan, along with soy milk over rice and and vegan sesame prawn toast.
“Back home in Australia you can’t go past vegan sesame prawn toast—to die for. It’s basically deep-fried batter stuffed with “prawn” filling and a layer of sesame seeds on top, cut into the shape of toast. Simple, but amazing.”
Wonder if fellow Australian vegan musician Missy Higgins snacks on that during her home visits?
