Redbook Magazine: Connie Britton, Alicia Silverstone Vegan Foodies
Written by Vegetarian Star on September 10th, 2009 in Actresses, Food & Drink.
Two vegan food loving ladies are gracing the cover of the October issue of Redbook magazine, Alicia Silverstone and Connie Britton.
If Ashlee Simpson would start packing veggie ham and cheese on the set of Melrose Place, it’d be a trio.
Friday Night Lights principal and mother Britton told MTV.com she stays fit by eating vegan food.
“If I weren’t in this business, I think I would be aging differently,” Connie said. “I’m fortunate because, for whatever reason, I’ve never looked at myself as, ‘Oh, my gosh, I have to be the most beautiful.’ I’ve always worked from the inside out, not the outside in.”
We aren’t sure if Connie is a vegan or just knows the health value of incorporating these foods into her diet.
At any rate, great for her!
Animal-free foods are the best way to keep you looking beautiful inside and out.
The October issue of Redbook hits the stands September 22.

Good luck getting Ashlee Simpson to go veg.
The sister of the “Real Girls Eat Meat” T-shirt wearing Jessica?
Bet Ashlee is part of the reason Pete Wentz is no longer vegetarian.
