JONAS star Nicole Anderson Had Vegetarian Thanksgiving

“High School Musical 3” star Nicole Anderson, who is set to play Macy Misa in the Disney channel series, “JONAS,” celebrated Thanksgiving vegetarian style. This was her second Thanksgiving without turkey.
Last year, her mom wasn’t prepared for the switch and Anderson had to load up on side dishes.
“I actually turned vegetarian a month before Thanksgiving last year and my mom was not familiar with making special food for me, so I just grazed on mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, biscuits and pecan pie,” she told Just Jared Jr.
This year, mom had more time to learn and pulled off quite a master feast, which included teriyaki marinated tofu and lumpia, which is similar to a spring roll, with Boca Burger in place of beef.
Speaking of vegan/vegetarian Thanksgiving feasts, how did you stuff yourself yesterday? Any unique creations you can share with us?
