Republican Roy Brown Accused Of Inappropriate Vegetarian Relations

Written by Vegetarian Star on November 7th, 2008 in Politicians.

I did not have relations with that veggie burger…I did indeed have relations with that veggie burger.

In the midst of ugly, negative campaigning Republican candidate for Montana governor Roy Brown got smeared by the Democrats. He said they accused him of being a…vegetarian.

Sure, politicians are no angels, from past drug use to current prostitute use but a vegetarian? Shameful.

“I am not and have never been a vegetarian,” Brown said.

“I am disgusted by the baseless allegation that I am a vegetarian and that my personal eating habits should somehow be construed as opposed to the economic interests of Montana’s livestock industry.”

However, he did admit to, ahem, relations with a vegetarian lifestyle. He said he temporarily cut back on meat and dairy in order to please a dying loved one who couldn’t eat those products.

“It was the least we could do to make the life of a loved one more comfortable at a very difficult time,” he said.

Here’s how the rumors got started. Brown’s neighbor, Pat Etchart (the dirty little instigator) sent an email to Dennis McDonald, Chairman of the Democratic Party in Montana that contained saucy details of how Brown invited her and her husband over to his house to get acquainted. One thing led to another, and Brown allegedly said that he and his wife were vegetarians. (They probably wanted them to recipe “swing” and try something new. Sooo dirty.)

Like OMG! The Montana cattle ranchers would so totally not like that and probably not vote for him. That’s probably what Etchart thought when she was sending the email.

Makes you wonder how far some people will go to drag a candidate through the mud. Did spies follow him to the grocery store?  Should he have submitted his lunch burger to DNA tests to confirm it was real cow?

Doesn’t really matter now. Sometimes dirty campaigning pays off. Brown lost.

The sad part is he probably really is a vegetarian. He has to lie and make up crap just to please paranoid people who think that somehow his personal diet is going to affect them.

It is so strange how some people think someone’s personal life affects their job. Like he would have the power to abolish the cattle industry even if he wanted to. That’s just nuts!

I can’t believe that the liberal left would even care about his diet enough to make a big deal out of it. Why is this an issue? I didn’t know Montana was a big exporter of beef in the first place, I guess they would beat out Iowa and Texas as the largest exporter. WOW.
