The best part about prepared vegetarian food is saving time in the kitchen. Veggie Patch Falafel Chickpea Balls are an example of fully cooked  falafel tasting goodness you may only be used to from a cart in New York City!  There’s no mixing of dehydrated powder with water, no buying dozens of spices at the grocery yourself and no frying. These trans-fat free falafel balls only require a microwave!
