Lisa Oz Vegan Recipes On Dr. Oz
Written by Vegetarian Star on September 19th, 2013 in Film & TV, Food & Drink, Recipes.
Dr. Oz will feature his better half on today’s show.
Lisa Oz has been a vegetarian since her teens and daytime television’s most famous doctor has often credited her for helping him clean up his own diet.
Lisa is scheduled to discuss going vegan for a day.
It may help to print a few of her recipe suggestions if you’re planning to do so.
On the show’s website, there are three recipes for Grilled Portobella Mushroom burgers, Grilled Tofu With Chimichurri Sauce and Black Bean Sweet Potato Chili.
“I grew up with brown rice, whole grains, all organic,” Lisa said during an appearance on The View. “I’ve been vegetarian since I was 15.”
Grab all of Lisa’s recipe here and watch Dr. Oz later today for more healthy vegan suggestions.
