Chelsea Clinton Gives Fishy Advice To Dad Bill

So Chelsea Clinton has been a model vegetarian and vegan in the media.
She went veg while living in the White House, took cooking lessons from the chef there and fed her wedding guests with vegetarian and vegan food.
So what’s the deal with telling dad to eat Charlie Tuna every now and then?
During an interview with several members of the media to discuss the Humana challenge, an effort to encourage people to improve their health for better well-being, Bill took the opportunity to discuss his own health challenges he’s overcome by adhering to a mostly vegan diet.
“I have more energy as long as I do the protein stuff,” Clinton said. “You have to be really careful to find alternative proteins. What Chelsea’s always telling me ?? she’s a total fitness freak, my daughter is ?? better you eat fish every now and then than get too low on protein.”
We would never guess that a Standford University graduate and a former president could have any trouble figuring out sources of protein that do not include fish, but everyone needs a refresher now and then, so here goes: beans and legumes, lentils, seitan, tofu, pasta, nuts, seeds, grain, soy…and even a few powerhouse fruits and vegetables like potatoes have good sources of protein.
And if this list is overwhelming, here’s a guide to put them together.
