Chelsea Clinton Wedding Includes Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free Items

Chelsea Clinton is scheduled to walk down the aisle soon with childhood friend and investment banker Marc Mezvinsky.
Life & Style gave Popeater some details about the wedding for the vegan daughter of the former President of the United States.
“The food will include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes, but there will also be grass-fed organic beef on the menu. And dad and President Bill Clinton prefers California wines, so he’ll likely chose those to serve at the wedding.”
Having a wedding where the only animal present is your dog, the ringbearer?
According to Ehow, if you’re planning meatless matrimony, you should shop around for a chef who’s experienced in vegetarian food before paying for the services, since these people will know to be on the lookout for tricky ingredients like gelatin, natural flavors or chicken stock in rice or pasta dishes. Also, a wedding isn’t necessarily the place for using guests as guniea pigs for an exotic or really spicy item (unless the family is into that sort of thing). Rather stick with traditional staples like a vegetable pasta dish.
Although Chelsea is offering grass-fed beef for others during her big day, that doesn’t mean you have to. As Ehow explains, “A few of your guests might be really put off by your choice. Ignore them. Your marriage does not obligate you to purchase them a piece of meat.”
