Elizabeth Hurley has made herself famous for her fantastic statements and gestures of health for people and animals.

As Borat would say, “NOT!”

From her “healthy” organic dinners containing meat, to admitting her love for beef jerky and other processed meats, and revealing too much information about sex on a dead animal by the fireplace, she never seems to impress. Lately, she’s mouthing off on Twitter about how breakfast isn’t necessary for adults, even if the doctors say so.

After hearing the news that casino owner Steve Wynn has mandated all his restaurants serve vegan options, we’ve discovered a source that gives more detail as to how a meat, fish, egg and dairy-free Vegas lover can satisfy themselves at his Las Vegas and Encore resorts.

We’re please to say, after looking over the offerings, there’s no sign of what Vegan.com called a “half-assed grilled vegetable plate slop” at Red 8, Okada, The Pizza Place or any of his other dozen restaurants.

But here’s a sample of what you may order instead:

At Okada: cold soba noodles; hot udon; robata grilled vegetables; fried vegetable roll with vegan tempura dipping sauce; agedashi edamame tofu; coconut lime pudding.

Myq Kaplan

This past season, Myq Kaplan gave Last Comic Standing viewers a tickle with his self-deprecating jokes and quips about veganism here and there. Myq didn’t win the grand prize, but stood for quite some time, making it into the finals and getting good reviews from blogs.

Myq spoke to VegNews about the benefits of appearing on Last Comic, including joking how it’s “opened a lot of doors for interviews with vegan magazines.”

VN: What was your relationship like with the other contestants? Did you ever discuss veganism with them?
MK: I’m pretty friendly with everyone on the show. I believe veganism comes up every so often, at mealtimes and the like. If people ask me questions, I answer them. I generally try not to force the issue at all, but if people are curious, I like providing reasonable amounts of information.
