Mark Ronson Convinced By Paul McCartney Vegetarian Diet

Mark Ronson, music producer and DJ, can say he’s been touched by a vegetarian angel.

His experience working with famous ex Beatles Paul McCartney not only gave him a great opportunity to work with a legend, it also helped him eat better.

Ronson told Mojo magazine that during his time with McCartney, he was able to snack free if the meal was meat-free.

Lisa Oz is not just the good doctor’s vegetarian wife, she’s also the head of her own show on the Veria Living Network, The Lisa Oz Show.

Lisa and the Dr. raised children together, one of which happens to be Daphne Oz,  the famous co-host of the popular ABC daytime cooking show, The Chew.

Having been a vegetarian since her teens, Lisa, like any mother concerned for her family’s health, was pivotal in helping the family make better eating decisions.

The designer who’s brought us affordable and chic designs gave New York Magazine a glimpse into what the better dressed folks like himself eat during a typical week for its food feature “GrubStreet.”

During the week he played chef for himself and a few guests, but he also took advantage of the dozens of places in the area that serve plant-based food, including those that do not cater entirely to vegetarians.
