Natalie Portman disappointed some of her vegan fans when she recently announced she had started eating eggs as a result of a craving and she felt her body was telling her to give in.
“I was listening to my body to have eggs,” Portman said. “If you’re not eating eggs, then you can’t have cookies or cake from regular bakeries, which can become a problem when that’s all you want to eat.”
However, studies recently published in the American Journal of Epidemiologytell a different story about what a woman needs during pregnancy and excessive egg consumption isn’t one of them.

Vegetarian and animal welfare activist Kesha doesn’t want to party anywhere in Canada right now because the country is holding its annual seal hunt, where a quota to kill several hundred thousand seals has been set in an attempt to profit from the sale of these animals’ meat, fur and oil.
Mike Binder has film stunts like The Mind of the Married Man and The Sex Monster as an actor, writer, director and producer to his credit. Now, he’d like to add restaurant entrepreneur to that CV.
The Detroit native is opening a 24-hour hot dog and spicy chili restaurant on Hollywood’s Sunset Blvd next month, Coney Dog, inspired by the taste of Detroit’s Lafayette Coney Island.

Fox News television personality Greta Van Susteren went behind the scenes at Mike Tyson‘s home where he showed her his pigeons that are the subject–as well as the controversy with animal rights groups–of his new series on Animal Planet about pigeon racing, Taking On Tyson.
These days Tyson doesn’t give an interview with bringing up his V-Love, and he told Greta how his diet for the past two years has made him a mellow man. He also revealed it was his wife that made him go vegan. Even though she doesn’t always live by example.

My Father’s Daughter is compiled with 150 recipes for sandwiches, soups, main entrees, desserts and other dishes inspired by Paltrow’s memories of growing up eating and cooking with her father, the late director and producer Bruce Paltrow.
