Nia Long Of “Single Moms Club” Goes Weeks Without Meat

Nia Long, one of the leading stars in Tyler Perry‘s latest film, Single Moms Club, gave some tips on how she stays fit and fabulous well into her fourth decade.

As she grows older and wider, Long, who did an anti-fur ad for PETA, may not be opposed to adding vegetariansim to her list of future challenges.

She’s already doing it part-time.
