Staples Center has been named the most vegetarian-friendly NBA arena by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.
Whether you’re rooting for the Lakers or the Clippers, as long as you’re rooting for veggies, you won’t lose.
Vegan sloppy Joes, a veggie burger, vegan sushi, a grilled veggie sandwich and hummus and pita all helped the center score a slam dunk for vegetarian basketball lovers.

Jenna Morasca, winner of Survivor: The Amazon, is featured in the March/April 2013 issue of All Animals magazine from the Humane Society of the United States.
Morasca has been a proponent of rescuing animals and animal welfare organizations since a child, as she can recall, “giving my allowance money to the humane society when I was in elementary school and … getting into fights with people over animals.”
Today show anchor Natalie Morales is featured in an ad promoting pet adoption.
The Shelter Pet Project, a campaign from The Humane Society of the United States, Maddie’s Fund and the Ad Council, is part of “Today Takes Action,” a week long series of public service announcements airing this week during the daytime show.

The bands had a few vegetarian requests that had to be filled by the school’s music committee.
