I’ve never like Yves products…Why is there a need for both refried beans and fake ground. Usually one or the other is sufficient.

Mmmm…her chef remembered the cumin. You’d be surprised how many already made guacamoles I’ve had that didn’t have cumin in it. I’d have to break open my spice jar and toss a bunch in there-it’s definitely an essential for an guacamole.

Way to go Ellen for going vegan and for using the world’s newest, and best, vegan cheese! (and there’s NO soy in it contrary to what her chef said, which is very cool as I’m soyed-out) I can’t wait until it’s more widely available, but I’ve managed to get it in the deli section at Mother’s Markets and a few Whole Foods. It melts really, really great too!
