		<description>Mmmm...her chef remembered the cumin. You&#039;d be surprised how many already made guacamoles I&#039;ve had that didn&#039;t have cumin in it. I&#039;d have to break open my spice jar and toss a bunch in there-it&#039;s definitely an essential for an guacamole.</description>

		<description>Way to go Ellen for going vegan and for using the world&#039;s newest, and best, vegan cheese! (and there&#039;s NO soy in it contrary to what her chef said, which is very cool as I&#039;m soyed-out) I can&#039;t wait until it&#039;s more widely available, but I&#039;ve managed to get it in the deli section at Mother&#039;s Markets and a few Whole Foods.  It melts really, really great too!</description>
